This full-featured system has 3 modalities for obtaining systolic
pressures and waveforms. Either a bi-directional Doppler probe or pulse
volume recording (PVR) can be used to obtain ankle waveforms required
for reimbursement. The Vista AVS comes with a total of 9 blood pressure
cuffs.
A graphic waveform display provides step-by-step instructions to guide
you through the exam. Automatic cuff inflation and deflation, along with
automatic indices calculation, expedite the process of performing the
exams. The Vista AVS was designed to accommodate both standard and
custom protocols.

- Seated ABI – For the first time ever, the ankle brachial index (ABI) exam can be performed while the patient is sitting! This clinically proven method* makes it possible to easily assess patients with mobility impairments. U.S. Patent Pending
- Segmental Software – Now, it is faster and easier to perform segmental studies. Clinicians can customize the exam by selecting the number and location of arterial sites.
- PPG Pressures – Obtaining pressures for the supine ABI, toe brachial index (TBI) and segmental exams can be performed using the arterial photoplethysmography (PPG) probe in addition to the bi-directional Doppler probe.
- L500VA Vista AVS Doppler System Features:
- Perform the Seated ABI on mobility impaired patients
- Automated segmental studies to customize the exam
- Automatic cuff inflation/deflation system
- Three modalities – Doppler, PVR, and arterial PPG
- Graphic waveform display with on screen step-by-step ABI guide, & "FastView" mode to customize your exam
- Automatic ABI, TBI and segmental calculation
- Built-in printer for waveforms, pressures, and index on adhesive-backed label paper
- Graphic waveform display with step-by-step instructions
- Photoplethysmography (arterial PPG) for digit pressures
- Includes 9 cuffs – 2,10cm – 4,12cm – 1,1.9cm digit cuff and 2,17cm
- Bi-directional Doppler (8 MHz probe)
- Pulse Volume Recording (PVR) waveform modality
- Battery or line-powered operation
- Software with full page reporting and exam storage, allows download capability for EMR Systems (pdf and comma delimited formats)
