At Source Medical Equipment, we take pride in helping you find the products you need to do your job better. That includes handling returns, exchanges, or cancellations when necessary.

All refund requests must be approved, and all products must be received new and in their original packaging with the corresponding RMA label within 30-days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted outside of this return window. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and an additional 35% fee will be assessed for minor damages, and up to a 100% fee will be applied for severe damages or if any parts are missing. Faulty cylinders may be required to be returned to honor the warranty.

With Perch Chairs & Stool's 30-day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back in their original packaging and in the same new condition.

Packaging Your Return... When you return your item, use the packaging that your order arrived in or packaging with similar dimensions. Avoid using over-sized boxes or packaging. If the product required assembly, disassemble the item first.

  • Contact us to receive a return shipping label with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Components are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Special Order Colors: All Perch Chairs & Stools are customized, made-to-order upholstered items, so non-QuickShip colors cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.
